Pneumatic Equipment

We supply a wide range of pneumatic equipment from solenoids, regulators with water traps, fittings and tubing. ​

Welding Machine Analyser

Resistance weld machine analyser, checks the squeeze force of your machine,
​current and weld time. ​

Verification System Checks

Weld nut verification system checks the placement of the nut before and after welding.​

           Shunts              

​Shunts, copper laminated
​ and braided.

Hoses

   ​Hoses, green for cold water
​  (feed) red for hot water (return) and blue for air.

Water Cooling Units

Water cooling unit 220v for one or two machines. ​

Integrated Weld Guns

​Integrated weld guns x type and c type with the weld arms designed to the customers applications for weld access. The weld guns can be supplied from 32Kva up to 104Kva the machines are pneumatically operated, and water cooled.

Pedestal Resistance Welding Machines

Pedestal resistance welding machines for customer applications we supply from 25Kva to 150Kva the machines are pneumatically operated, and water cooled.

Butt Welding Machines

Consumables

1. The XP13 tips are available in different shapes and sizes and heavy duty. 
2. Female Caps are available in 16mm diameter (EK2) and 13mm diameter (EK1) and are used with the ES1 or ES2 adaptors which are available in suitable lengths.
3. Straight pointed spot-welding tips are available in 16mm diameter (MT2) or 12.7mm diameter in suitable lengths. 
4. Gooseneck pointed tips are available with a 40mm offset (MT2).
5. ​We supply tip holders and drum locks both 25mm and 32mm diameter, tip holders can also be custom made to suit the customers’ requirements.
